Dan Urbach’s “Exceeding Expectations” slogan is extremely accurate and well-deserved. My husband and I had been looking for a house off and on for a few years without much enthusiam or direction. Admittedly, we are not easy customers. However, we met Dan in late September and by the end of the first week of December we closed escrow on a house that perfectly suits our needs and tastes. We bought in a area we weren’t even considering but thanks to Dan’s expertise and knowledge, we understood the house’s value and feel very lucky to be living there. Being first-time buyers, we were intimidated by the whole escrow process. Dan patiently led us through every step, making himself available 24/7. Every email and phone call was returned within several hours. In a time which customer service is the exception and not the norm, we have been continually astounded by Dan’s level of service.
