The quarterly Market Watch report is currently produced by 10K Research, all other reports are produced by ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service). Most reports are published 15 days after the end of the month/quarter.
STAT MONTHLY REPORTS
STAT is our marketwide residential report released mid-month with data from the previous month. For example, a February issue of STAT would be published around the 15th of March. The reports provide you detailed monthly information on overall Maricopa county inventory supply’s, total sales, list price, sales price and more.
