Eric Bonetti is a third generation Realtor and now has lived in Ashland for over 19 years. Eric Bonetti provides a solid track record. He knows the local market conditions and has the resources available to assist you with every aspect of the real estate process from state-of-the-art computerized listing resources to select, inspectors, lenders and escrow companies. His commitment to customer service helps buyers and/or sellers move through the complex and often time-consuming process in an efficient timely and hassle-free manner. Eric's professional experience includes serving as Creative Director, Marketing, and Sales for BASF/EMTEC Magnetics, owner of a trade show exhibit design and manufacturing company, as well as strategic marketing and managerial positions for high-tech Bay Area companies Digidesign, and Apple Computer. The past years Eric has also coordinated approved planning action within the City of Ashland, developed floor plans, and produced marketing materials for a (17) unit "Authentic Craftsman" subdivision now completed, and now focuses on numerous other custom homes and commercial projects currently underway. Eric is a Broker at Royce Real Estate Services and specializes in serving clients in the markets of Ashland, East Medford, and Jacksonville. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors and the Southern Oregon MLS. Eric is the proud parent of two children.
