A Real Estate Agent’s Passion For Sales

I have always been a hard working and driven professional person. As a real estate broker in Ashland, Oregon, real estate has always been a passion of mine.

When I graduated from college in the California Bay Area, sales was a natural fit for a people loving person like me. I have been in sales ever since! I thoroughly enjoy engaging with my clients and making them happy and confident in their buying decisions.

After college, I began my previously mentioned sales career with a National company selling information systems. I worked my way up through the company until I had a four state territory for which I was responsible.

Since my position involved a lot of traveling between California, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona, we decided to make a transition and move our young family to Ashland for a “better quality of life”.

At the time I had a college age son and our one-year-old daughter. Our son followed, 6 months later.

When we moved to Ashland, the extra time involved in getting to my sales territories made it prohibitive to continue.

So we made the decision for me to quit my job at the sales company and stay home with our one year old daughter …. sort of.

Have You Ever Seen An Energetic Person Sit Still For Long?

Since my husband was a real estate broker and developer, after the children were 2 and 4 years old respectively, it became the perfect opportunity for me to charge forward into my new career in real estate. During the week while he was out building homes I was lining up financing for his projects, scheduling the subs, choosing materials for the homes, as well as caring for the children. Then on the weekends while he was home with them, I would hold open houses to sell those same homes he so carefully built.

It really was a win-win situation for our young family and it became a lifelong passion for the both of us.

My husband became my mentor in the exciting world of real estate and, together, we made a great team.

Our Vision Today

My husband retired about 12 years ago now. I now run all aspects of our business, Royce Real Estate, with the help of my very competent office personnel. I still love it, especially, the wonderful people I have met – many of whom have become lifelong friends and repeat clients.

Today I work with 5 other, very competent, agents in my office, in my capacity as Principal Broker/Owner. With almost 25 years in real estate, and 22 years here in Ashland, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist you in finding your new dream home.

I do recommend you call me today, however, as the housing market here is starting to take off again, Buyers are out there and sales are more brisk. I am excited to see this increased pace which can be attributed to semi-retired and retired people as well as young families moving to the area to enjoy everything Ashland has to offer to all ages!

It’s such a joy to see this community that I love so much have new life breathed into it every day!

Experience it for yourself.

Wishing you joy in your home!
