- Confirmation of lease from property manager or owner

Some important things to note:
Should the duration of your move exceed the two complimentary hours, you will be responsible to compensate the moving company at the competitive rate of just $65 per each additional hour. There is also occasionally a nominal $25 trip fee, depending on the moving company.
